Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the central kitchen store, including receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control
- Receive and verify food ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Ensure proper storage, handling, segregation, and identification of halal ingredients in accordance with company requirements
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, storage temperatures, and product quality using FIFO/FEFO practices
- Conduct regular stock counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and investigate stock discrepancies
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and supplies
- Lead and supervise store staff, including work allocation, training, performance monitoring, and adherence to SOPs
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, workplace safety, and halal compliance
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in F&B or central kitchen operations; experience in halal kitchen, food production, or catering being an advantage
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, receiving, storage, and stock-taking procedures
- Familiar with food safety, hygiene, and halal handling requirements, including chilled, frozen, and dry-store operations
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
- Responsible, reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently as well as lead a team
- 5.5 days' work week, 0900hrs to 1800hrs
