F&B Customer Service Staff (Full Time/Part Time)

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain assigned tables with proper cutlery and glassware aligned to service standards
Have thorough knowledge of menu items including ingredients, pricing and preparation time
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
Provide menu recommendations appropriately
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and safety at all times
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Assist with any other duties assigned by Manager
Requirement:
Prior experience in restaurant or hotel F&B is an advantage
Passion for delivering high quality guest service
Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
