Logistics Operations Admin

Looking to start or grow your career in logistics? Join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in shipment coordination, warehouse systems and customer support. We have multiple locations in the East
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily deliveries and collections
- Liaise with customers and transporters
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform receiving and outbound transactions in SAP/WMS
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate shipment documents
- Handle cycle-count administration
- Report shipment issues or non-conformances
- Support process-improvement activities
- Carry goods weighing around 15–20kg when required
- Assist with other operational duties
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome
- Around 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Able to communicate confidently with customers and internal teams
- SAP or WMS knowledge is an advantage
- Power BI or Tableau experience is a bonus
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
