About the Role
We are hiring Permit Declarant Officers to support daily customs, import/export and logistics/shipping documentation.
What You’ll Do
- 📄 Check supplier invoices and pricing.
- 🚢 Prepare and process import/export documents.
- 📝 Assist with customs permit declarations.
- 💳 Assist with Letter of Credit (LC) applications.
- 💻 Update information in the company's system.
- 🔍 Check documents and information for accuracy.
- 📌 Perform other administrative duties when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Candidates with Logistics / Import & Export / 3PL / Freight Forwarding experience are welcome.
- Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is an advantage.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable using computers and handling documents.
- Careful and detail-oriented.
💰 Job Details
- Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month
- Contract: Immediate – End December
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM
- Location: Paya Lebar, The Pulse
- Vacancies: 10
- Eligibility: Singaporean / PR
