We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join Yeomama Batik, a local batik fashion retail brand in Singapore.
📌 Job Details
- Working Days: Minimum 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day per week
- Working Hours: 10am - 6pm or 2pm - 10pm
- Salary: Up to $1,200 - $1,500
- Location: Singapore
- Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
🛍️ Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
- Recommend batik clothing, accessories and other products based on customers' needs
- Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Replenish, arrange and maintain merchandise displays
- Ensure the shop floor is clean, organised and presentable
- Assist with stock taking and inventory management
- Support daily opening and closing duties
- Handle customer enquiries and provide good after-sales service
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer service standards
👀 We’re Looking For
- Customer-oriented and comfortable interacting with customers
- Friendly, approachable and confident in communication
- Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Interest in fashion, batik or lifestyle products is a plus
- Able to work at least 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
