⏰ Shift Hours: 9am - 9pm/10am-10pm/6.30pm-1.30am
Role Overview:
Ensure smooth traffic flow and enforce parking rules at the resort. Greet and assist guests courteously, handle car park payments, manage difficult situations professionally, and interact positively with tour groups. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards at all times.
💵 Pay Rates:
- $13 - $15/hr
Attire Requirement:
- Black Long Pants
- Black Cover shoes
- Black belt
- Top (Provided)
Requirement:
- 16 Year old and above (due to overnight work)
- Physical Fit
- Able to work at Outdoor environment
- Able to stand long hours
- Good team player
- Past experience is a plus
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests politely and maintain courteous interactions.
- Handle car park duties with a calm and professional approach.
- Interact positively with tour groups and uphold integrity by refusing gifts or favors.
- Enforce parking rules and address illegal or dishonest behavior.
- Ensure smooth traffic flow, including taxis and shuttle buses, especially during peak periods.
