Human Resources (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Tuas (Company transport at Jurong East MRT)
Mon–Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Maintain a good candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Perform other ad hoc HR duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
