💼 Responsibilities
- Attend to all duties required at iShopChangi counter
- Receive and process orders using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitor order status and coordinate with clients and runners to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, monitor stock levels, perform stock counting
- Assist with Changi Rewards Membership enquiries, redemptions and other marketing campaign giveaways.
- Pick, pack and organise items for pick-up or delivery
- Perform housekeeping duties and ensure cleanliness of counter and backroom
