ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with a proper handstamp and checking handstamp for all re-entry guests. Look out for suspicious handstamp
- Update guestlists and table reservation lists at all doors
- Know all the covers charge pricing, name of the DJ playing for the night, credit card promotion and any latest promotion before shift
- To assist with the customer enquiries
- Greet guests with a smile
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Service orientated and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- A team player and takes initiative
- Well-groomed and professional disposition
