About the role

Join our team in promoting and boosting sales of our delicious pastries at Jewel, Changi Airport

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell bakery products through product sampling and customer engagement.
  • Introduce products, answer customer enquiries, and recommend suitable products.
  • Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the booth is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain good product knowledge to confidently assist customers.

About you

  • Prior retail or promoter experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident in interacting with customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
