📍Location: Tanjong Katong
💸Pay: $2000 + 1 month completion bonus
⌛Duration: 1 year extendable
🕓Working Hours: 20 hours per week, schedule can be discussed but must remain flexible
📝Responsibilities
- Visitor pass creation, vendor admin, office coordination, event support (town halls), process documentation, supporting cross-functional directors
✅Requirements
- Diploma preferred
- Experience in office administration, team support, facilities coordination, customer service or a similar support role.
- Experience in MNCs.
- Confidence working with invoices, purchase requests, vendor documentation, cost centres and basic expense controls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
- Having experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini etc. will be an advantage.
- Professional written and spoken English; additional language capability relevant to the office is an advantage.
