Period: 30 October – 31 Dec 2026

Availability: 3-5 days per week, including both weekend.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and recommendations to meet customer needs.
Assist customers with enquiries and support purchasing decisions through personalized service.

Working Hours: 5 working days | 9 hours per shift 10AM - 11PM
