主要职责摘要
基本工作职能包括但不限于以下内容：
· 以正直、诚实的知识行事，促进瑞幸咖啡的文化、价值观和使命。
· 通过不断评估环境和观查客户来预测客户和商店的需求。
· 向经理传达信息，以便团队能够根据需要做出响应。
· 通过以客户为先的态度为所有客户提供卓越的客户服务，并与客户建立联系。发现并响应客户需求。
· 遵循瑞幸咖啡的运营政策和程序，以确保所有合作伙伴在门店工作的安全。
· 保持定期和准时的出席率。
要求：
· 无需经验，将提供培训。
· 灵活工作时间，可能包括清晨、晚间、周末、晚间和/或公共假期
· 维持定期和准时的出席率
