Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage staff schedules, appointments and customer enquiries
- Supervise front-desk and service staff and maintain service standards
- Plan and coordinate social media content, promotions and marketing campaigns
- Develop strategies to attract new customers
- Build local partnerships, community collaborations and promotional activities
- Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries and conversion results
- Support customer retention and follow-up initiatives
- Manage inventory, supplies and general administrative matters
- Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business performance
Requirements
- Experience in operations, marketing, social media management or customer acquisition
- Experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, massage, beauty or similar service industries is preferred
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in massage, TCM wellness services will be an advantage
- Familiar with social media platforms and content marketing
- Able to independently plan initiatives to generate leads and attract customers
- Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Organised, responsible and comfortable managing multiple areas of the business
