Responsibilities:
- Health Monitoring : Monitor clients' general health metrics, track daily wellness progress, and maintain detailed care records.
- Sleep Management : Assess sleep patterns, guide clients on sleep hygiene practices, and help optimize conditions for restful sleep.
- Dietary Management : Support nutritional planning, monitor daily dietary intake, and assist with meal guidance aligned with individual health goals.
- Exercise Management : Implement and encourage routine physical activities, support safe mobility, and track fitness or movement milestones.
- Customer Service:Greet clients warmly, address their inquiries professionally, and build trusting, long-term therapeutic relationships
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin‑speaking patients and read medicine labels in Chinese
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
- Able to commit to 5.5day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat half day)
