We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Service Crew to join our Food & Beverage team!
If you enjoy working with people and are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, we welcome you to join our team. Training will be provided, so prior F&B experience is not essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times
Job Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent
- F&B experience is an advantage but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a diverse and multicultural team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Food hygiene certification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
