Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process food ingredients according to company SOPs.
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely.
- Assist in food production, packing, and labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and production areas.
- Perform quality checks to ensure food products meet company standards.
- Support inventory handling, stock replenishment, and material preparation.
- Follow food safety, workplace safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as a team.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
Working Hours
- 5.5-day / 6-day work week (subject to operational requirements)
- Shift work may be required
- 60h per week
