We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, creating an exceptional first impression.
- Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while introducing the restaurant concept when appropriate.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize guest comfort and restaurant efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, respond to reservation enquiries, and assist guests with general information.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Monitor the dining area and assist in managing guest flow during peak service periods.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns courteously, escalating issues to Management when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
- Ensure reservation records and guest information are accurately maintained.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and VIP guest arrangements.
- Uphold the restaurant's service standards, grooming requirements, and brand image at all times.
- Assist with other front-of-house operational duties as assigned by Management.
