Logistics Admin Assistant [5 days work week | West | AWS + VB]
Role: Logistics Admin Assistant (Freight forwarding industry)
Salary: Up to $2,200 basic + AWS + VB
Schedule: Mon to Fri ; 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Locations: West area
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for daily logistics operations.
- Handle data entry, filing and updating of shipment records.
- Prepare delivery documents, invoices and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices on shipment matters.
- Prepare documents for customer billing.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Motivated, reliable, and proactive individuals.
- Able to work in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of WMS / warehouse systems.
- Data entry and documentation management.
