We’re looking for a Service Crew to join our team! You’ll be helping with daily restaurant operations, serving customers, preparing the charcoal station, and keeping the place clean and welcoming. If you’re friendly, a team player, and don’t mind working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily service operations, including table set-up, ushering customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.
- Prepare and deliver charcoal to customers’ tables promptly before the start of their meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the charcoal station at all times.
- Provide appropriate recommendations to enhance the customer dining experience.
- Attend to customers’ needs in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Uphold all safety and hygiene standards within the restaurant.
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in F&B service will be an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Physically and mentally fit to handle a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
