Role Overview
The Operations & Business Development Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Fresh Aura vending machines while also identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic locations across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily replenishment of fruits, consumables, cups, lids, and machine supplies.
- Coordinate procurement and collection of fruits and operational materials from approved suppliers.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and operational checks.
- Perform machine cleaning, sanitization, and hygiene inspections according to SOPs.
- Replace approved consumable and wearable spare parts.
- Carry out first-level troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
- Coordinate machine installation, relocation, and servicing activities.
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new vending machine installations.
- Conduct site surveys and assess commercial viability.
- Develop relationships with malls, hospitals, universities, offices, condominiums, and property owners.
- Support rental discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with property management teams during deployments.
- Follow up on business leads and partnership opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
