Assembly Operator (East, 4-day work week, Up to $3k + allowances)
Our client is a leading provider of server and data centre infrastructure solutions, supporting some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies.
Role: Assembly Operator
Location: East
Up to $3,000 basic + allowances (basic commensurate with experience)
What you'll be doing:
- Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets.
- Perform server assembly and integration tasks on the production line.
- Support unpacking, packaging, and rack build activities.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable using hand tools and working in a production setting.
- Able to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- 4 working days per week
- Rotating day and night shifts
