Building maintenance technician

Scope of work:

  • Operate, inspect and maintain building M&E systems and equipment.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Maintain ACMV/HVAC, pumps, motors and ventilation systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, lighting and power equipment.
  • Attend to equipment breakdowns and rectify minor faults.
  • Monitor equipment conditions and record maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate and assist external contractors for M&E works.
  • Comply with all safety, WSH and site procedures.
