1) RETAIL SPECIALIST （SGD2 to 2.5K monthly basic pay plus Commission of up-to SGD 4 to 5K）

2) SENIOR RETAIL SPECIALIST （SGD2.3 to 2.8K monthly basic pay plus Commission of up-to SGD 4.5 to 5.8K）

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance in our dynamic retail environment. The successful candidate will contribute to creating positive shopping experiences whilst supporting business objectives.

**Job Description**
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer payments efficiently
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiative

**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment
