Job Scope

  • Assist the Catering Sales team in processing orders and preparing quotations.
  • Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the system.
  • Liaise with customers on order confirmations, amendments, and delivery details.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Catering Sales team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
