$4000/Month | Contact Centre Lead | Central
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Provide on-the-ground support, guidance, and real-time troubleshooting during operations
- Conduct training and onboarding for new team members to ensure understanding of scripts, systems, and protocols
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, data collection standards, and quality requirements
- Handle escalations, difficult respondents, and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with stakeholders and management to implement process improvements and optimise workflows
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning to ensure sufficient coverage
- Support administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and coordination of operations
Requirements:
• Singaporeans Only
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in outbound operations
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and call monitoring tools and systems
