Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and well-groomed Beauty & Fragrance Advisor to represent our brand. In this role, you will offer personalized consultations, guide customers through scent profiling and skincare/beauty regimes, and deliver an elevated shopping experience to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation & Scent Profiling: Conduct tailored consultations for customers, introducing fragrance notes, olfactory families, and beauty products that suit their personal style and needs.
- Sales Performance: Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Clientele Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers, maintaining a client database for follow-ups, new collection launches, VIP previews, and special promotions.
- Brand & Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on brand history, fragrance notes, ingredient stories, and application techniques.
- Counter Operations & Merchandising: Maintain counter hygiene, ensure tester stock is clean and replenished, and uphold brand visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory & Cashiering: Handle POS transactions, assist with stock intake, and participate in regular inventory counts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fragrance, cosmetics, luxury beauty, or high-end retail is preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty and perfumery with good knowledge of fragrance families.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Polished personal grooming and a warm, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
