Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with friendly and fun service.
- Facilitate and guide customers through Splattify sessions.
- Run and host birthday parties, group bookings and events.
- Set up, clean and reset the studio and activity areas.
- Clear rubbish and keep the studio clean, tidy and presentable.
- Handle bookings, payments and basic POS operations.
- Recommend activities, packages and promotions to customers.
- Share ideas and help create content for social media.
- Check and replenish activity materials and supplies.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support other daily outlet operations when required.
- Report to the Studio Manager.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers.
- Energetic, creative and enjoys working in a fun environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, hands-on and willing to learn.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
