Lunch & Learn Events organises lunchtime talks and workshops inside Singapore companies, from MNCs to government agencies. We're looking for an Events Executive to bring in clients, coordinate speakers and make sure every session runs smoothly.
What you'll do
Reach out to HR and L&D teams and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Manage client emails, scheduling, confirmations and follow ups. Source and coordinate speakers, mostly by phone. Handle event logistics and provide on site support on the day. Create social media posts, EDMs and event visuals on Canva. Use Claude AI daily to draft emails, proposals and content, and to keep records and trackers up to date.
What we're looking for
Presentable and confident, comfortable representing us in front of corporate clients. Good communication skills, spoken and written. Organised and reliable with follow through. Comfortable using Canva and AI tools like Claude, or keen to learn fast. Events, sales coordination or client servicing experience is a plus, but fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome. Malaysians may apply.
What you get
Basic salary plus commission. 18 days annual leave. Medical benefits. Office based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Hands on exposure to AI tools and automation in a small, fast moving team.
