Jobs Responsibilities

Process Account Opening and Customer/Account Maintenance Requests for Individual Customers

Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement

Handling internal account opening/maintenance/closure instructions and internal transfer

Handling of account services fees and custody fees

Preparation of letters to clients

Handling of Queries from front office

Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are always accounted for.

Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
