- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required
- Timing based on outlet requirements
๐ Omotenashi (Hospitality) Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Drive sales, manage inventory, and supervise cashiering
๐ง Omotenashi (Hospitality) Crew Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, friendly, personalised customer service
- Recommend products and support sales through suggestive selling
- Operate the POS system and process transactions
- Prepare, replenish, and maintain a clean, organised outlet
๐จโ๐ณ Takumi (Product Excellence) Crew Responsibilities:
- Prepare products according to company recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and rotation
