We are looking for a Full Set Accounts Executive to join our team.
Mandarin Reading and Typing is necessary for daily communication with international supplier，Candidates with Singapore F&B industry experience are preferred.Chinese candidates are preferred.
Salary: $3500‑$4000 monthly, commensurate with qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist in GST submission and audit schedules
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is preferred
