Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers, understand their needs and provide friendly, professional service.
- Handle retail sales, product enquiries, cashiering and daily store operations.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability and overall outlet cleanliness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service, sales or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve basic service issues.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and supporting daily store operations.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
