- Loyang ( Transport Pick Up from Sengkang / Punggol/ Pasir Ris / Tampines
- 1–3 years of Customer Service/Sales Support experience in manufacturing with hands-on experience in ERP, order processing, quotations and POs.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, amendments, quotations and engineering changes accurately in the ERP system.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order, repair and shipment status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, expedite orders and meet delivery schedules.
- Review POs/contracts, resolve discrepancies and maintain customer pricing and account information.
- Support RFQs, customer reports and continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
- Min 1–3 years of Customer Service / Sales Support / Order Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling sales orders, quotations, POs and ERP systems.
- Good communication, coordination and Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; financial modelling knowledge is an advantage.
