Location: Macpherson MRT
Working Days: 5.25 Days (Office Hours)
Key Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide updates on service progress.
- Prepare service documents, quotations, invoices, and handle payment-related matters.
- Liaise with the service team on daily operations, including vehicle collection and handover.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, admin , or receptionist roles is highly advantageous.
