Business Development Executive | Basic + Attractive Incentives | High Earning Potential

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach and lead generation
- Research and prepare prospective client leads for daily outreach
- Introduce and present the company's recruitment and manpower solutions to potential clients
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and decision-makers
- Establish new client accounts and build long-term business relationships
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, follow-ups and sales activities
- Work towards individual business development and client acquisition targets
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle rejection positively and maintain consistent follow-up
- Strong sense of urgency and willingness to achieve targets
- B2B sales, telesales, recruitment, staffing or business development experience will be an advantage
