Job Description:
- Install, commission and support semiconductor testing equipment at customer sites.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and equipment servicing.
- Provide equipment training to customers and users at different levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide technical support and recommend preventive measures to minimise equipment downtime.
- Travel to customer sites, including short notice travel when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, testing, field service or a related technical environment preferred.
- On Job Training provided.
- Experience with semiconductor test handlers is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
