Our client is a public sector organization focused on community development, citizen engagement, and initiatives that strengthen social cohesion and national identity.


 

Location: Hill Street

Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm) Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)




Responsibilities
 

  • Review and respond to public feedback and enquiries received via email, online platforms, and phone calls.
  • Oversee and guide service vendors in handling routine feedback cases and review draft responses before they are sent.
  • Manage more complex feedback and enquiry cases, ensuring issues are properly assessed and addressed.
  • Provide timely interim updates to members of the public while cases are being reviewed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external government agencies to investigate and resolve public concerns.
  • Track and monitor case progress to ensure timely closure in line with service standards.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and case documentation.
  • Analyse feedback trends and recurring issues to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular management reports and service performance reports.




Requirements
 

  • Prior experience in customer service
