💰 Salary: $2,600/month
📅 Contract: 6 months, extendable
📍 Location: Ubi, two minutes’ walk from Ubi MRT
👥 Vacancies: 7

🕘 Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8.15am–6pm
  • One week every four weeks: Monday–Friday, 10am–8pm
  • One Saturday per month

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Provide clear and helpful assistance to customers
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries
  • Accurately record call details and updates in the system

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or Higher NITEC qualification
  • No previous contact-centre experience required
  • Well-spoken with good communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems
  • Able to commit to the stated schedule
