Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard with consistency.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for service.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with guests and delivering a top-tier drinking experience.
- Create drink recipes that are unique and representative of the brand.
- Coordinate closely with Service staff to ensure beverage orders are accurately prepared and delivered promptly.
- Handle guest feedback or requests professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Management.
Requirements:
- A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for mixology, creating unique drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- The ability to stay calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure, while maintaining efficient service and ensuring smooth operations for the team in a busy and high-energy setting.
- Experience in managing operations scheduling.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining bar equipment and procurement to achieve operational efficiency in service flow.
