Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Rest day: Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily moving, delivery and warehouse jobs.
  • Prepare job schedules and communicate instructions to drivers and moving teams.
  • Receive, check, label and arrange goods in the warehouse.
  • Keep stock and job records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with loading, unloading and other warehouse duties when required.
  • Follow up on job progress and report any issues to the manager.

Requirements

  • Able to work six days a week and perform hands-on warehouse duties.
  • Organised, responsible and able to coordinate with different teams.
  • Basic computer skills for updating records and communicating job details.
  • Experience in logistics, moving operations or warehousing is an advantage.
