Redemption Activity Crew

Dates: 7 & 8 Nov 2026
Locations: Jewel Changi Airport / Changi Airport Terminal 3, Basement 1
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Rate: $12/hour ( 45 Min Unpaid Break)

We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to support an exciting redemption activity at Changi Airport.

Job Duties:

  • Assist customers with the redemption process
  • Explain redemption mechanics and activity details clearly
  • Distribute redemption items to eligible customers
  • Manage queues and customer flow
  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • Provide general event support when required

Requirements:

  • Proactive, friendly and approachable
  • Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, reliable and committed
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and members of the public
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior event or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Training will be provided
