Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collect customer information and assist with lead generation activities
  • Answer basic enquiries and escalate complex questions to the event supervisor
  • Assist in crowd management and distribute promotional materials 

Requirements: 

  • Comfortable interacting with members of the public
