CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER | UP TO $4,000 | IMMEDIATE HIRING

DO Jobs is looking for a proactive and target-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help us expand our client network across Singapore.

The role focuses on identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding their manpower requirements, introducing DO Jobs' staffing solutions, and building long-term business relationships.

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential new clients across Singapore
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Contact decision-makers to introduce our manpower solutions
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions
• Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired clients
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client requirements
• Manage client execution from the initial requirement through successful staff deployment
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth service and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client discussions and opportunities
• Achieve assigned client acquisition and business development targets

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, recruitment or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in approaching and communicating with new clients
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated
• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Able to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines
• Comfortable with calls, meetings and business development activities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

💰 SALARY

S$2,500-S$4,000/month
