About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and versatile team member to join our hotel operations team in a unique hybrid role supporting both Banquet Events and Front Office.
On event days, you will work alongside with the team to prepare venues setup, assist guests and ensure events run smoothly. On non-event days, you will be part of the Front Office team, assisting guests with check-in, check-out and general enquiries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, providing excellent service and experiencing different areas of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Banquet & Events
- Assist with event setup, teardown and venue preparation.
- Support the team during events and attend to guest requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required.
- Ensure event areas are well-prepared and maintained.
- Assist with basic venue inspections and operational requirements.
Front Office
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out.
- Attend to guest enquiries, requests and feedback.
- Assist with reservations and general Front Office duties.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to support guest needs.
- Provide a warm and professional service experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Friendly, service-oriented and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Flexible and willing to support both Events and Front Office operations.
- Previous hospitality, events or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
