─── 💼Responsibilities ────
- Handle daily duties at the iShopChangi counter
- Process orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitor orders and coordinate with clients and runners for timely fulfilment
- Manage inventory, stock levels and stock counts
- Assist with Changi Rewards enquiries, redemptions and campaign giveaways
- Pick, pack and organise items for collection or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the counter and backroom
