About the Role
Syngrid Technologies is looking for energetic and responsible students in Singapore to join our team as Student Event Crew
for an upcoming technology event.
This is a short-term opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional event environment, develop teamwork and communication skills, and interact with people from the technology and business community.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates may be responsible for:
Supporting event setup and dismantling
Assisting with booth and exhibition activities
Moving and arranging event materials and equipment
Supporting registration or attendee-related activities, where required
Providing general event operational support
Assisting the event team with ad-hoc tasks during the event
Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude throughout the event
Following instructions from the event supervisor and ensuring tasks are completed on time
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:
Students with a technology/technical background in Singapore
Energetic, responsible and punctual
Good in communication and teamwork
Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
Willing to perform hands-on event support activities
Able to work on the required event dates
Previous event experience is an advantage but not mandatory
