🧼 JOB SCOPE
• Wash and clean plates, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Operate dishwashing equipment where required
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Keep dishwashing and back-of-house areas clean and organized
• Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Support kitchen and banquet teams with other ad-hoc duties
👟 REQUIREMENTS
• Responsible and hardworking
• Comfortable with physical work and prolonged standing
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good hygiene and cleanliness practices
• Able to work shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
• F&B / kitchen experience is an advantage
