Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
- Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Production Process Monitoring:
- Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular inspections of products during and after production to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Record production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during production.
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, and part replacement, to prevent breakdowns.
- Report any major equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance team or supervisor for further action.
