Junior Sous Chef - Up to $4,000
Chef De Partie - Up to $2,900
Junior Cook - Up to $2,600
Dishwasher - $14 per hour

Job Scope
• Assist in basic food prep (marinating, chopping, portioning, sauces)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food hygiene standards
• Handle and care for kitchen equipment; report faults
• Manage stock (receiving, storage, FIFO, basic inventory checks)
• Support team during operations to ensure smooth service
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned


Floor:
Management Executive - Up to $3,300
Supervisor - Up to $3,100
Host / Hostess - Up  to $3,000
Service Captain - Up to $2,900
Working hours: Shifts (5 days) - Full Time

Scope
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking & menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations
• Improving procedures and systems
